  Chili's corporate manages to keep the national standards up at this chain favorite, which makes it an oddity for the area. It's clean, has good food, and the servers that we've had have been friendly. Arkansas craft beer selection is a plus! Lost Forty on tap.

  Giving one star because I have to so I can leave my review. I waited an hour & a half for my food, after the time it was supposed to be ready. I received one order 30 min late & received the second an hour late. The manager only gave me half off of one order. I will never come back to this establishment. I watched the staff in the back kitchen area stick their finger in people's food, to see if it was warm enough. That is ridiculous, I will not recommend anyone to ever come here. In my opinion it should be shut down. From what the customers could see, the kitchen area was disgusting. There were SEVERAL other customers who waited an hour to two hours for their food also.
